Moses Elias was extraordinary! I had a problem with my very cold lock and Moses new a way to gently unlock the lock that ice was inside of it. He was very friendly and professional. That is all I can ask for when dealing with people in business. He is a five star employee for sure!
Ed was extremely helpful with our move-in after travelling up from Florida. The facility is secure, neat, clean, and offers great prices for storage compared to much smaller units only slightly closer to Boston. Thanks!
